Relliq Ltd operates portable powerbank rental stations at venues across the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of our rental service and website at relliq.co.uk.

Relliq powerbanks are available for short-term rental at participating venues. By borrowing a powerbank, you enter into a rental agreement with Relliq Ltd.

You must be aged 18 or over to use the rental service.

The rental fee is displayed on the station before you borrow. By proceeding, you agree to pay the displayed amount.

Powerbanks are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must return the powerbank to the same Relliq station you borrowed it from at the venue.

Powerbanks not returned within 24 hours of borrowing will be charged at £19.99. At that point the powerbank becomes yours to keep.

You are responsible for the powerbank from the moment you borrow it until it is returned to the station.

You must not damage, modify, disassemble, or tamper with any Relliq powerbank or station.

If a powerbank is returned in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repair or replacement.

Relliq is not liable for any damage to your device caused by using our powerbanks, provided the powerbank was functioning correctly at the time of borrowing.

Payment is taken at the point of rental via the station interface. We accept major debit and credit cards and contactless payment methods.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

If a charge cannot be collected at the time of rental or for an unreturned powerbank, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through lawful means.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relliq Ltd's total liability to you in connection with the rental service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant rental transaction.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of our service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a right to cancel certain contracts. However, as our rental service begins immediately upon borrowing a powerbank, the right to cancel does not apply once the rental has commenced.

You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.

All intellectual property on this website, including our logo, brand, and content, is owned by or licensed to Relliq Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
